Denis Hull : Violent Trespass.

Below is the police report submitted on April 1st 2009 to police in Denpasar. It details an incident where,19th March 2009, Denis Hull was caught red handed trespassing in Villa Sai Baba, having smashed in the door on his way in.

The incident was witnessed and reported by Wilhelmus Len Lona. Wilhelm is the caretaker at Villa Sai Baba which owned by Sonia Sajnani, Mohan Sajnani's wife.

Wilhelm also reports similar suspected  incidents of breaking and entering into the property in the days leading up to 19th March.

2. Ya, benar, kejadiannya pada hari Kamis tanggal 19 Maret 2009 sekitar jam 18:00 wita bertempat di Jalan Pengembak Gg III Number 29X Sanur, Denpasar Selatan.

7. Jika demikian jelaskan apa yang menyebabkan terlapor melakukan perbuatn tidak menyenangkan tersebut apakah sebelumnya sdr ada masalah dengan para terlapor? Jelaskan.

7. Saya tidak tahu apa yang menyebabkan terlapaor membuat perasaan tidak menyenangkan serta masuk pekarangkan tanpa ijin dan sebulumnya saya dengan terlapor tidak pernah ada masalah.

8. Sebelumnya saya tidak manyakan apa maksud dan tujuan para terlapor datang ke Villa tempat saya bekerja dan saya sama sekali tidak tahu kalau terlapor sudeh berada di dalam Villa kerana saat saya datang ke Villa para terlapor sudan berada di dalam Villa.

9. Apakah sebelumnya pemilik Villa dengan para terlapor mempunyai masalah jika apakah sdr tahu apa masalah pemilik Villa dengan para terlapor? Jelaska.

10. Apa akibat yang sdr alami dengan adanya perbuatan para terlapor dengan masuk pekarangan Villa tanpa ijin pemilik Villa? Jelaskan.

Pada tanggal 19 Maret 2009, jam 18:00 wita dimana saat itu saya sedang berada di dalam Villa kemudian datang para terlapaor dan meminta masuk ke dalam Villa namun tidak saya ijinkan atas perintah pemilik Villa kemudian para terlapor pergi, dan tanggal 20 Maret 2008 sekitar jan 15:30 wita saya datang ke Villa sudah digembok namum gemboknya berada dari biasanya yang saya pakai kemudian saya pergi dari Villa untuk membeli gembok kemudian saya kembali mengintrol Villa ternyata gembok yang saya pasang sudah tidak ada pada tempatnya saat itu saya biarkan karena saya merasa sudah ada orang di dalam Villa kemudian saya melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke pemilik Villa kemudian saya melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke pemilik Villa kemudian saya meninggalkan Villa [unreadable] saya sampai akhirnya pada tanggal 21 Maret 2009 saya membawa saksi atas I MADE KARTIKA dan PAK HM HUSEIN SH ke Villa untuk melihat pintu Villa yang rusak tersebut dan ternyata benar pintu Villa telah rusak dan telah ada orang di dalam.
