Despite all the reforms since the downfall of former President Suharto, Indonesia sadly still remains one of the world's more corrupt countries.
Therefore you might not be surprised to hear that during our meetings on 18th and 19th April, Mohan Sajnani stated to me he was sure that Denis Hull had used his "financial influence", namely to ensure the Balinese Police issued an Interpol Red Notice against Sajnani. If true, this is bribery, pure and simple.
If Denis Hull gets his wishes and Sajnani is extradited from India to Indonesia, Sajnani can make his claim in court where it will hopefully result in Hull being sent to prison.
Whether Sajnani is right or not, I am prepared to testify in court that Denis Hull personally threatened me in the knowledge he was engaging in a fraudulent property transaction, which sent me to bankruptcy.
Most important of all the evidence in this website proves that Denis Hull through his two companies Save The Rainforest and Bali Biofuels is a fraudster who holds the Balinese in contempt.
If you still think Sajnani's claim is outlandish read this post. Just how exactly could Hull avoid police action after such a serious incident? Hmmm . . . I wonder . . . . .
Hull is master at playing the innocent victim when it suits him, but I wonder if the Balinese police will be quite so ready to turn a blind eye to his activities when they discover what his company Bali Biofuels was about to do to their island, or how the Bupatis of Buleleng and Karangasem will react when they were to find out exactly how much Bali Biofuels was really worth?
While there is no evidence to back up Sajnani's claim about Hull's police bribes, given the evidence against Hull I am sure you can draw your own conclusions.
