All of the Bali Bio Fuels company documents handed to me by Mohan Sajnani when I met him April 2011 can be seen here: Skydrive.
In short, this company was founded by Mohan Sajnani, Denis Hull and Thomas O'Shea in 2007; its core business was to grow, refine and export biofuel extracted from Jatropha crop. The three men invested US$2.4million into the company.
To achieve their aims they bribed two Bupatis (head councillors) in the Balinese regencies of Buleleng and Karangasem. Consequently they were given access to 200,000 hectares of land with 50 leases. See video here.
In early 2008 (the now defunct) Lehman Brothers valued the company at US$300 million based on 60,000 hectares.
Remember, in 2006, when Denis Hull threatened to have me killed he was running a company with Thomas O'Shea called Save The Rainforest.
Also note that to obstruct investigation into his activities he deleted his website in April 2011, but it can still be seen here.
